How much does shipping cost?

Clientele charges a flat rate of $8 for all orders in the continental U.S. (Hawaii & Alaska orders are $16) . International orders are charged a flat rate of $40, however if the shipping charges is less than $40 you will be refunded the difference. (Canada orders are charged $20) .

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders please allow 24 hours for order processing and verification, and an additional 1-5 business days for delivery. International orders please allow 1-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. 

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund or make an exchange?

We do not accept returns or refunds, credits or exchanges. All sales are final.

How do I know that the size I ordered is the right size for me?

On the menu bar, there is a “Sizing” link that gives you the item measurements. Please refer to the “Sizing” chart for each item prior to selecting it for purchase.

What shipping carrier do you use?

For all shipments we use USPS service.

Can I track my order?

All customers receive a shipping conformation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number.

I do not live in the United States. Can I place an order?
